Khan Academy is one of the best sources for SAT/ACT preparation

Khan Academy has multiple SAT/ACT Practice Tests available for Free!
Few of the tips mentioned in the GRE preparation question in this Forum is applicable to SAT also.

Princeton Review & Kaplan SAT/ACT preparation books are good.
* For Funding, you need to get good SAT/ACT score + Good GPA (9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Aggregate Marks). After getting admission you are expected to maintain good GPA in under-graduation to keep your scholarship every year.
